This sensitive health claim may apply only if you were resident in British Columbia, received a COVID-19 vaccination at Kent Pharmacy at 424 Columbia Street in New Westminster on August 24, 25 or 26, 2021, were named on the affected list described by the official materials, and received Fraser Health's notice about syringe-barrel reuse and recommended bloodborne-pathogen testing. Formal exclusions include specified employees, officers, directors, agents and family members, defendants and their family members, class counsel, presiding judges, people who commenced an individual proceeding or delivered a release concerning this proceeding, and people who validly opted out; the official materials control.
