People prescribed and taking Xarelto in Canada before October 27, 2025 may qualify if they took Xarelto within the 24 hours before a serious bleeding event that caused death, lasting serious brain or organ damage, or hospitalization for at least 24 hours. Québec's use period begins January 1, 2008. Eligible family and estate claimants have additional rules. Send your Claim Package and supporting records directly to MNP by February 17, 2027 at 5:00 p.m.; the form gives no time zone. Do not share medical records with SettleWorth.
