Fiat 500 Door Handles Quebec Settlement

The approved Quebec settlement addresses door handles or door locking mechanisms on covered 2012–2019 Fiat 500 vehicles that can jam, break, or detach. It provides two routes: an extended repair program for an affected vehicle following inspection at an FCA dealership, and a claim for eligible door-handle repair costs already paid. Reimbursement claims are due June 11, 2027; the repair coverage period depends on the vehicle’s in-service date.
