The required Category 1 claim path is open.

• Category 1 is required before or with any optional Category 2 claim.
• PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc. is the court-appointed claims administrator and controls the official form requirements.

The optional Category 2 claim path is open, subject to the Category 1 sequence.

• Category 2 is optional and may be submitted at the same time as Category 1 or later, but never before Category 1.
• The official administrator controls the category criteria and supporting requirements; SettleWorth does not collect abuse narratives or claim documents.
• Category 2 is optional and may be submitted with or after Category 1, but never before Category 1.

The extension request route becomes reviewable after the February 22, 2027 ordinary deadline; the official extension form is not yet available.

• After the ordinary deadline, the claimant must request an extension and submit the applicable Category 1 claim, with optional Category 2 only after Category 1.
• The extension request and applicable claim form must be submitted within six months after February 22, 2027; no absolute end date is stored.
• The Exceptions Committee decides whether an extension is accepted. This route is not an automatic late deadline.
